So I am going to have to come up with a new way of giving My blogs a title I think, the whole monthly thing is just not working for Me, It is today the 31st of July and here I am starting My August blog early, maybe I am developing a baggy mouth as I get older, more to say maybe…..who knows, there are many subjects I quite deliberately stay away from, Religion and Politics are two as an example….I could fill the page as quick as I type if you were to get Me onto the current government sheeeshhhhh..

Just an observation, nobody has been nasty to me! well not that I know of, but treated poorly, mmmmm! I have had a couple of doses of that recently and from 2 that I thought so much better of, still not to worry I now know and as My #1 always says **Always better to know, even if you don’t like it, it gives a platform to move forward from** words of wisdom as always, anyway I have no intention of washing My dirty laundry in public I am so much better than that…..
The above picture is one of My fav’s of Myself, like most Ladies there are not many, I hate having My picture taken, anyway there are come October/November time photo shoots in the offing, feel free to write and volunteer should you wish to be in any, I am a huge believer in keeping the photo’s on your web site current and My weight loss is going well with no reason for Me to fall off the wagon so by October/November I’ll be a lot less to look at, in a good way and so will need new media….just a random thought I will of course be shooting both DominaSara and MedicalMistress
So another day and back to Medical, One of my very faves **P** yesterday, a chance to play with the ever growing Latex collection here at The Practice, I must remember to thank MistressMiranda next I see her for her Inflatable Leg Binders invention, I love them, the clients love them too, a bit of vintage going on as well as in I broke out My old Erostek electric machines, I really should get round to selling them, I do under normal circumstance use just My Micro312 boxes now, I have several and they are far advanced again vs the original Erostek, that is of course just My opinion…..Anyway I digress heavy rubber, lots of electrics it was great!
So before I say too much regards the sweetie jar let Me just say “I find this amusing so it is in no way a dig at any of My clients at all” I am known for My unhurried sessions, though a lot claim it few are telling the truth when they say **There is no revolving door here** I actually am, I not only like to fulfil My duty of care by making sure when folks leave they are **Back in the real world** I enjoy a coffee and a choccy bar along with a chat after session, I am fortunate that I have such a good client base that I can afford not to cram the diary, anyway I find it highly amusing when the sweetie jar is near empty the look on peoples faces, so as you can see I have shopped and the jar will be full again as always…..
On a far from glamorous front, I am very happy to report that I am often complimented on the cleanliness of The Practice, and hey, several times per year along with #1 we pull everything out, steam clean and put everything back, but on a day to day basis I clean every day as well as ensure there are always fresh laundered towels etc for My clients to clean up after a session, even smellies are provided It’s not all about glamming it up Don’tYaKnow!!
An international day for me yesterday (Monday 5th August) an American visitor in the morning and then one of My favs in the afternoon a German gent, As good as a day gets really, thanks both, great to see you!
I must confess to a little jolly day yesterday, a visit from MissEveHarper or as she is probably better known MistressSidonia of The English Mansion it was a really really lovely day, we had been due to be down in her neck of the woods to session with another Lady there but it, as often happens, fell through, that dreaded real life has it’s way of messing with our kink…..Anyway she arrived, we chatted, we gossiped, we chatted some more, then we went for a nice afternoon meal, chatted, gossiped and chatted and before we knew it, night fall was upon us and off she went…….It was a fantastic day and we do plan to do more of them and even appear out together in the not too distant future…..watch this space! Back to the grindstone now I have appointments every day for the next ten days…….
The final arm visitation on Tuesday, I am in and out in no time, not more 5 and 6 hour sessions, a couple of little lines, tattooed brush strokes and a little shading just to fill in what I consider to be a couple of bald spots, almost like a snag list really, I am super pleased with the whole arm and super pleased with the way it tells My story, My life story, I appreciate some folks love tattoo’s and some are not so keen, hey it is My arm and I love it!
Right I really do need to get off, it is Sunday morning here, as usual My weekend is fully booked, and on the way one of My most fav and long standing clients **C** I love his visits he is a half and half, we do the first part of the session in the dungeon in My DominaSara persona then on to Medical, I think #1 is always grateful when **C** comes it is a day that he then doesn’t usually suffer any brutal CP from me, a gal just can’t help it if she is a real sadist and has to satisfy that trait…….I enjoy it and let’s be honest that is what it is all about….
There you go, one beating My dear #1 didn’t have to take, and yes by the time I finished there was blood, we then went into the Medical and played much electric and the like, a lovely day, a lovely session a lovely client, and I’m just going to finish here, I could write forever but I’d be writing about GenerationF, Enfettered and not medical, I do try to keep it medical as much as is possible so before I am tempted i’ll say bye-bye, thanks everyone who has been to see me, take care and My very best wishes Dr. Sara x x x
